Hi,

Today they reported my ebay stealth account how the account is hacked and the person is using the account no is the owner


Ebay request me the security questions how

How much i measure
What color is my car
Me mention 5 names for choose what is my family

I don't have this answer for verify the identity and unlock my account.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ?

I use private proxy for this account.
 
Its gonna be tough but if you can call them and you're good at talking you may have a chance as they may ask you other questions like shipping addresses on file and etc. If you know those then maybe they could help you.
 
No. If you can't answer these questions no way to get your account back.

Hello, just a heads up - You can create Stealth accounts on Your name, so You know all the information. You can even buy those accounts and they could be made on Your name too. In this case You will have to let go, regroup, LEARN, start over. Do not sell on eBay with only 1 account, that's just too risky.

If they have placed a hold, restriction, or suspension on your account, it's usually for one of the following reasons: Non-payment of eBay fees. Not reimbursing eBay for a refund they made to your buyer. A serious violation of one of their rules and policies.
 
Hmm, That is weird , If you could not give the reasons , Then Sorry for your ebay account
 
I have also faced such an issue and I wrote to support. But my account still banned. Thank's, ebay

you should get a new account. do not suggest to buy usa stealth - this issue usually happens on them
 
Once they locked my account for the same reason. Accidentally I logged in with a VPN from another country.
You need to answer those questions or you will lose your account. It's kinda crazy not to secure your account 100%, password, phone verification, security question ... You must know all the info!
