WTF? This is the error ebay gives me when trying to list an auction:

"It appears you are offering Paypay as a payment method which is not permitted in the eBay marketplace. Buyers have a wide variety of choices about how to pay eBay sellers, and while most of the payment methods offered by eBay sellers offer a high degree of safety and convenience, a few simply are not appropriate for the eBay marketplace.

Please revise your listing by removing the banned payment method."

Obviously I know ebay owns paypal or whatever so I know it's not banned. Think this is just to block me adding new auctions? My paypal account is verified and not limited or anything, so I can't figure it out.

    "Paypay" or [email protected]?

[email protected] banning [email protected] sounds ridiculous, as [email protected] owns them, and a while back, they made it so that [email protected] was about the only payment type that was allowed.

As crazy as they gotten though, ...

Never mind. Now I feel completely retarded. I was wondering why it said paypay after I re-read it. In the auction text itself, I had a typo and put paypay instead of paypal. Wow...way to go me!! lol.

Good to know now for whatever reason that ebay it able to automatically scan the auction text and determine faults such as unapproved payment methods.

you can't use paypal in some countries or send paypal as payment to some countries. but those countries are no bigger than your living room. maybe it's something along those lines.
