Ebay Banned Accounts Requesting Help

Hi all,

To make a long story short a while back I created my first ever brand new ebay account that for some reason (still pretty obscure to me but hey it's ebay) was suspended indefinitely before I had even sold anything.
I then not knowing the specific subtleties of ebay at that time decided that it was an aberration and created a second account which since it was linked to the first is now restricted (I can only buy on the second account and have a perfect buying record on it as well I might add).

I have contacted ebay multiple times and they will not budge so I am stuck with two useless ebay accounts but items that I want to sell online.
I'd rather really not create a stealth account as it seems more trouble then its worth.
I'm an above water type of guy selling legit items hookah pens mostly.
Is my situation solvable and if so can one of you offer assistance?

You may have been kicked off for selling the hookah pens. Ebay sometimes classifies that as "tobacco products" which you'll get an MC999 for or they'll just ban you possibly. They don't like those types of items.

If you don't want to create a stealth account you could use a relative or friends Ebay account and hook up your bank account to the PP so you are responsible for taxes if it works out. Just make sure they are aware they are taking a risk that they might lose their account and be in your situation.

Yes I also thought it was for the hookah pens at first but thousands have been and are continuing to be sold on ebay by very, very visible accounts and multiple account holders. In fact that's the reason why I tried my hand selling there in the first place.
I think it was just one of the those ebay quirks and I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I like to keep things streamline so do you know of any other place besides ebay that can be used to sell?
I have been looking into amazon but it is very stringent and just those not have that fast selling vibe ebay gives off.

1. You're selling high-risk (considered as another product as on #2 stated) item(s);
2. Your first listings are for such items, not low risk ones;
3. You have nothing mentioned about the PayPal account(s), if they're involved/linked? I mean - PP1 linked with eB1 that is banned, then creating eB2 and linking to it PP1 (that is forever linked with eB1) and this causes the ban as well, etc.?;
4. Stay away from the phone/rep support;
5. Those "very visible accounts and multiple accs" that you're saying - those guys have tons of previous selling history, not a new accs. At first, their first days, of course they haven't tried to list an kind of high-risk category items, that's for sure;
6. PP AUP: "violate applicable laws or industry regulations regarding the sale of (a) tobacco products, or (b) prescription drugs and devices.". More info;
7. eB Policy: Drugs and drug paraphernalia policy / Tobacco > click on "Tobacco and tobacco-related items" > Ctrl+F and write your keyword: Hookah.

About the Stealth by itself - that's it something that takes time (weeks, months, testing, experimenting, etc.) and it's not for every single person.

Yes that was a newbie mistake I made putting up the pens as my first item I should have waited until I had way more experience like the others. I just never thought it was conditional. I thought ebay either let you sell them or did not but I guess like all other organizations it depends on the money you pull in for them.
And yes PP1 was linked with eb1. eb2 was linked with pp1 as well.

It also matters what words you put in the listing and the location of your account.

Amazon will shut you down faster than eBay and ioffer is full of flakes who don't pay and idiots out to scam in my experience

So which would you advise?
