hey a quick question...

what do you guys use to deliver your digital products on ebay auctions? i've got a few digital stuff i'm looking to sell on ebay. i was thinking about getting 1shoppingcart but wanted to see if there was anything else out there

Unfortunately it is against Ebay TOS to sell any digital products on Ebay anymore. There are ways around it. You can sell it in the classified sections (maybe that was what you meant in the first place and my response is totally unwarranted and off base... if so, my bad!).

might be worth checking out this script

http://www.discmojo.com/index.php
It incorporates not only building a list from your buyers - but taking your info product, burning it to CD/DVD and shipping it to the customer. This way you can sell in ebay without going to the classified section.

Interesting... I assume you use this product... If I may ask, approximately what is your costs on shipping and packaging per cd with Kunaki? What about the ease of the DiscMojo? Thanks for your time!

It may be better to ship out your product....you can charge more for shipping and handling. It'll be minimal work once you mass produce your CDs, stuff them and all you have to do would be put an address lable on your sleeve package....easy money

what the fuck? i didn't know that.... i didn't hear anything

that's fucking stupid. well, i guess i'll have to work around this...

maybe cafepress the info to a dvd and sell the cafepress dvd....i don't have time to make a billion dvds...

any other suggestions then? i got some really great digital products i wanted to sell on ebay. i can just imagine the number of online stores that were up that sold digital products, they must have gotten totally screwed by ebay

From what I recall someone else here sayin':

You just offer free shipping and say "upon request cd/dvd will be mailed to the buyer" or some such. That way if someone asks for it, you can just send it to them to get around the stipulation. Otherwise it's business as usual.

well products like discmojo or there is another that essential clix posted about awhile back (can't recall the name) are very helpful in automating the burning and shipping process. I burn myself and ship (rather new at it) but I have started using the tactic that apekillape referred to. Works pretty well... Another option would be ebay classifieds or take your business elsewhere like amazon (I'm seriously considering this)
