Hello,

I had a few PayPal accounts with my real name and other real info, including credit cards. But they all are now limited with no chance to appeal (I had some issues in the past with my first PayPal account). Mostly they get limited after I receive money from people. What is more, I never tried to use a different IP. So I want to ask, if I will change my internet provider and will get a new clear IP, will they still ban all the time, because I am using same name? Also, if they will not ban me, is it safe to use my old eBay account which was linked to a limited PayPal account?

Thanks.

Well first question is why did you get limited? As far as I know paypal remembers the ip you registered and or access your account from, plus why do you need multiple accounts on the same name? makes no sense?

I was selling digital goods on eBay (windows, photoshop) and after I received a lot of money, they limited me and asked for more information, like supplier contacts and so on. I wasn't able to provide them that info, because I bought software keys from one guy in forums, so it was kinda illegal to sell these digital goods. So I opened a new account, hoping everything will be ok. And everything were ok for some time, but then I received an illegal dollars from one guy and I spent them, so I got permanently limited from PayPal. After some time I tried to open a new account as business. And I got limited instantly after I received money.

Im sure someone here on the forum can sort you out with an account, for a price. I hate PayPal, I had a friend get his account banned with over $1000 dollars in it, they held on to that for 6 months.

So, can anyone answer my question? Can I create a new account with new IP, new address, new CC, but the same name?

The reason you were suspended from PayPal is because they linked all the accounts together. And no you cannot use the same
name safely. You might get away with it for awhile but it will catch up to you. For what you are wanting to do you need to go
fully stealth with all different information.
