Not to be rude, but there is a search function for a reason.
Yes, you can use a VPN or VPS service for eBay. As the guide says, you should create a new user account for all of this with a PayPal and eBay corresponding to the proxy. Be sure to get a dedicated IP, so you are not connected with any limited accounts.

VPS (Virtual Private Server) Is like a hosting plan that lets you have remote desktop function. Basically it is like having another PC
with a different IP Address. Normally they run about $16-$30 USD per month. You sign in from your browser and connect to the
remote PC to access your accounts.

I do not reccomend the TOR browser function.
1. A lot of people use it = that IP has been banned repeatedly meaning it is very dangerous for your account. If you only want to sell 3 tablets, you can get a cheap VPN service if you are not worried about the account getting limited.
2. Or you can spend the 12$ for one month for the VPS option. It all depends on how much you are looking to get out of the tablets. The VPS is safer, but the VPN is cheaper.

Depending on how long you want the account, I would not recommend a proxy. Unless it is private, and long lasting. I would recommend getting a VPN with a dedicated IP, or getting a VPS. I would go with VPN dedi IP.

nVPN for a dedicated IP, but the nVPN has a joke of an owner, and his servers keep logs.
you need a private ip. So if you are set on doing a VPS make sure you have a exclusive IP address.
Only use a VPS if you are needing to do out of country. if you are within the country where you are selling, there are better options for you, which are in most cases much cheaper. Really what it comes down to is you needing to get organized from the get go. There are threads in this forum (ebay) that tell you step by step what you need to do. If you have any questions after reading some of those threads i'll be happy to help but get reading bud!
