Ebay and Paypal Account help please

I am a noob to this and i need help.
I've been trying to sell items on ebay but there requesting a verifed paypal acc. I made a brand new ebay account. The paypal account is 80% verified with the phone number verifycation being the last 20%
bank acc, a card is linked, and email is verified.
Please help me

You dont get past it. You will need to use a phone.

Yeah, add a phone number if you've not done so, and PP will then send you a verification code to your phone, which you have to enter on their site in the verification box (whatever that box is called). The same way you are asked for entering a OTP/verification-code when you're buying online through your card or using the netbanking option. Simple process actually.

Any cheap cell phone should do the trick to verify mobile

Hi, Not sure if your asking me or what you want to know. If you only want to verify ebay buy the 10 day phone number. you Only need to verify by phone 1 time. Its cheap.
