eBay accounts with payoneer - withdrawing funds

Hey Guys,

I have a few questions, I couldn't find clear answers on here or other forums so thought i'd ask.

If I have an eBay account with a payoneer connected, that I have bought.

When someone purchases my listing and the money goes into the payoneer, what are the best ways to get that money out of the payoneer and into my hands, without leaving a trace to my personal details?

I have heard that ebay can pull the money out of Payoneer to create a negative balance. If i have bought an account with other details that aren't mine, does this even matter?

I don't think that eBay has the authority to draw funds from your Payoneer account.

Excuse me, where did you buy from?

Wire transfers can't be withdrawn by default.
Once it is out, there is no way back—only when eBay claims that to Payoneer, and they take action, e.g., freezing the Money.

By the way, is Payoneer a service compared to WISE, PayPal Business, etc.?

Additional Question: Are PayPal Business Accounts getting limited as fast as regular ones?
