Ok, use the following steps and you will be good to go.. I have 3 epn accounts and no problems at all.
1) Get a new email account
2) Change your IP address and Clear cookies and cache from your computer.
3) Go to IRS.gov and get a Tax ID number registered under a DBA. It is all online and takes no more than 5 minutes.
4) Register for new EPN account under your DBA and tax id number. For the contact person I just use a variation of my name.
5) Use a P.O. Box or just alter your current address enough to appear different.
6) Register using a different phone number or use a free forwarding service. Easy to find them on google.
7) Use a different bank account for receiving payment.
There you go.. you can be up and running in less that 20 minutes.
