Ebay account suspended. Need help with some advice

Hello,
I made new ebay account, after selling some things, ebay asked for my personal information(bills/address/document proof)
Same for new Paypal account.
After selling some time with ebay (2 month) got suspended from ebay(Your eBay account has been suspended: Mailing List and Personal Information). I was selling Web Traffic, I know it is not allowed but still.

My question is about making/buying new account?

1)If I make new account, I can't use the same info? Name, surname, address?
As in some time they will ask for account verification and if I make my account with fake info i will not be able to provide them with that info.

2)Also if I make new ebay account can i add paypal email from previous ebay account?
3)What's about buying aged ebay account with some trust? Is it worth or still will ask for document verification?
4)What is the best way to start from beginning with ebay selling when first time got banned?

1st of all change you IP or ISP then create a account. it safe!

What about paypal, also make new paypal account?

you have to do a lot more than change ip
you need to clear out cookies
and flash cookies
and there is n permanent solution to what your doing
you will need to keep making stealth accounts
or buying them

Yes, you need to also change your paypal account.
