Ebay account restriction

Hi there , whenever I try to list anything on a new acc I get this message after 30 minutes , I haven't had that problem like 1 month ago when I was creating accs and instantly selling on them...

Just call them have all your stealth info ready. I had to do this a few times on new accounts. They just asked some simple questions like what are you selling and how much do you plan to sell. Just act like your selling some stuff from around the house.
