eBay account restricted MC011

My dropshipping account was restricted. They asked for my ID and cc statement and invoices. I sent them all they asked for. I just want some feedback on if my account will be reinstated. It is not against ebay's rules to dropship. I sent them invoices of every product I sold from amazon. Payment info and order invoices. This should be enough for my account to come back, right?

Did you read the terms of ebay carefully for seller? They do not allow dropshipper that do not carry physical inventories. This applies to Amazon marketplace as well. Go read through the terms of service again.If your invoices that contains supplier information is information that are readily available online then you have a chance of getting back your account as long as ebay can verify that this is a real supplier. Alternatively I suggest that you take some pictures and video as proof that these are inventories that you have on hand to show ebay.

It would depend on what you were selling. If it's minor Vero violation chances are good you will be reinstated. If you were trying to sell new items with no grey market or restricted distribution chances are not good.
