here is what i got when i tried to sell something on my ebay account

eBay has restricted your ability to list new items as a result of a violation of eBay?s Intellectual Property policy. You can still access other features on eBay.

We'd be happy to lift this restriction once you've completed a brief tutorial about this policy. Once you've completed the tutorial, you can begin selling again immediately.

Take the tutorial

Thank you for supporting our efforts to maintain a safe marketplace.

can anybody tell me what happens there , what do i nee to do, wat is the tutorial

still looking for some help please wat are the answers

It sounds like a Vero takedown. Don't try to sell the same item you were sellling or you will get suspended indefinitely.

just take the tutorial and agree to their rules. its pretty easy

The tutorial ask you questions, it's basically multiple choice, once you're done you'll be able to sell again. For future purposes:

*take pictures of the items you sell*

*list auctions with accurate descriptions*

You should be fine If you do this, but It all depends on what you are selling, and If you go overboard or not. Good Luck!

thank yu all guys

Also, take note of who sent the VERO in. I was selling some Skullcandy headphones (all legit), but they kept reporting me because they were jelly of my product sourcing abilities. If its an actual COMPANY reporting you, it's best to stray away.

Also, I was selling an Armani Exchange dress shirt that was too small for me and I couldn't refund and was taken down almost immediately and now it just sits in my closet. Oh well, didn't want to go down for a dumb shirt.
