eBay account problem

Hello! For 2 week's i got this problem, when i open new account either on my PC or RDP, i always get a limit on selling, 0 items and $0 no matter what. My home IP might be banned as i did some stupid scams when i started out but why it happens on RDP too. If anyone has any idea let me know.

You'll have to either buy or create a stealth account, you will not be able to use your own info as it'll eventually be linked back to your old accounts.

How can it be linked even to every RDP i buy? that's not possbile
 
If I had to guess, it sounds like you are using a VoIP to create the ebay account
 
I had the same problem. I created a new account (everything different). And got zero selling limits. I called the costumer service from the new number I provided when I created the account. They ask you a few questions and try to find you through a 3rd party id verification system. Of course they failed to verify my new id. Then they increased my limits anyways.

I was using google voice. Google gives you one number for free for your google account.
 
Dont use VoIP for creating eBay, it almost always ends up in 0/$0.00 or 5/$500. Someone has said before in other forums that they can use a VoIP and get good limits on eBay, but that has not been my results. Go buy a burner phone and use that number to create the eBay. You can always change your eBay phone number to a VoIP later. You should be able to get a burner phone for $10-$20 after adding minutes. I should mention that you need to be in the US.
 
Free phone services will not work. They used to work before, but not anymore. You will need a prepaid phone option. Auction Essistance used to sell numbers to verify eBay, but not anymore. So the cost is a lot for just one phone number now.
 
You can use textnow.com accounts to be added to your ebay I have used this yesterday and called them using the textnow number
customer rep ask a few questions and increased my linites 10 items and $1k per month.
