eBay account level - Below standard

So my eBay account seller level is now below standard, which really screws up sales.

Has anyone managed to call ebay and get this lifted? I've tried a few times, and they claim that it's all done automatically.

Did you ask them why it has been changed? Have you received any bad feedback lately?

No, it was due to a few unresolved disputes. They reckon I needed to make 2k more sales without further issues to improve my seller level, lol. I asked them how can I do this if my sales are screwed?

Really is run by a bunch of monkeys.
