Ebay Account Banned

Ok so I have/had an ebay seller account that was banned due to low than perfect feedback ratings from an inventory mix up. We have another account that was above average but now it was banned due to 13 defective packages in the past year.(ebay buyers, blah)

We have another small account that has a 100 item 5,000 dollar monthly limit that is not linked to that account as far as bays concerned.

1.What should I do to keep this one from getting linked up with the others? It has a different name and everything.

2. Is there any way to get my account reinstated?

3. Is there a way to buy an ebay selling account with high selling limits.

use a separate windows user account and change your IP

at this point you have nothing to lose by calling in and begging, but most likely it's gone

yes, but it will cost you serious $$$ if you want anything larger than 100/5000
