ebay account banned :/

i was recently emailed about a vero item i put up even though it was authentic and my account got banned from sellingit should i call ebay and tell them that the item was authentic and it was a mistake? or will they not care.


also Ive read that a lot of people lost there business on eBay just because of poor customer satisfaction
and have to many cases open which is ridiculous because we can not control what people leave. i dont know what to do but to ask this question can ebay track your ip address if i use a friends account to my old account ? i really want to get back into this markt beacuse it was were most my sells were going even though amazon is better but i haven't got to amazon portal yet.

Call eBay and talk with them, you have nothing to lose if you will call them.

If it is authentic you wont have anything to worry about, contact VERO and Ebay. They will most likely ask for proof of invoice,or serial numbers etc and once you supply that will reinstate your account. Let me know how it goes

You have absolutely nothing to lose by calling up eBay and letting them know. Do they care? Not really but that does not
mean you cannot try
