i have Ebay account for about 11 months,it has 3 positive feedbacks. How can I icrease selling limits? and why my month selling limits are 0 ? I was thinking what selling limits increase after month

I believe these selling limits arise inorder to maintain a safe trading environment within eBay and to avoid scammers or sellers making blunders because of lack of experience.
I think most of the sellers start with 10 per month item limits. If you are down to 0, whatever be the case. You have to give a call to eBay and talk to them. They'll allow you a higher selling limit once you have provided them satisfactory information regarding your plans on eBay.

But I am from Lithuania and speak with real person in english would be very big problem to me ...
Limits, love them on eBay.
If you are selling normal items you need to sell 10 items to lift your limit
If you are selling in certain category specific fields, than you must sell ~10 (AND GET THE (+) FEEDBACK TOO)
You could also call them and ask to raise limits, then which you much provide proof of who you are, id's etc, SS#, etc.

They increase automatically, also you tend to be able to sell more if you change to a business seller account.
I've only been selling around 6 months but in that time had enough feedback to become a top rated silver powerseller with large selling limits.
