Actually I do and in my opinion it does not apply. Take Coach handbags for example and then look at the replicas. Can you tell the difference?

LOL there was a funny story in the news the other day about this old lady throwing "purse parties" and selling all the women in her neighborhood fake luxury bags. I can understand people selling the knockoffs for the money but who in their right mind would knowingly buy a replica just for the sake of the brand?

Who wouldn't? You either buy the replica or you pay twice-10x as much for the real thing.... The question is, who would in their right mind buy the real thing when they could buy a replica?
I don't know much about handbags, but if product not produced under the license of owner carry's brand name or is designed to look like as original it's violation of copyright.

You'd be surprised to find how many people buy auctions anyway even though the description of the auction will clearly state "THIS IS NOT THE REAL THING" or something of the sort.
In my opinion.. this is just human stupidity at works and the people selling the auctions should be sued.
In another opinion.. sueing is so damn stupid.. what is wrong with this world where everything is a "I should sue you" type situation.. if someone steals or takes money from you.. get it back mob style, I guarantee you cut down on the number of thieves

I would buy the real thing (and I do) and here is why. The reason why its 10 times more is because if it gets dirty (take shoes for example) or scuffed up or the sole comes off (I'm talking even 3 years later) I can take them back/ship them with no questions asked. I'd liked to see that happen with a replica.
If your shoes are scuffed then they might selling you a $200 bottle of shoe polish, plus you keep some thing for 3 years it will be out of fashion(its so last season baby), if after 3 years your replica is falling apart all you do is go buy another one.
