Ebay 1000 free listings problem???

Hello my friends

Today i got an email from ebay that 8 of november is a special day so we take 1000 free listings!
But when i listed my first 50-60 items then ebay started to take 0.05$ per list!I searched all over the rules of the "free 1000 listing promotion" but can find why that is happening!

Anyone knows something about it ?

What i want to know is why ebay is charging me 57 dollars for this month. I only sold about 40-50 dollars worth of stuff. ??

I dont know...is this a way for ebay to shut our accounts down if we list 1000 items?
