EB follow action not performing action

Hi!

What's the reason that when i turn on the EB option when action blocked my tool still gets suspended for x amount of hours instead of actually performing the action through the EB?

I can just manually browse the EB and follow without issue so why isn't jarvee running it through the EB..

Anyone?
