first impressions:
pro:
you can use one of their subdomains to try it.
it's free
it can import .txt flv lists with custom formatting.
you can add and parse xml feeds and automatically crop thumbnails
it can handle multiple sponsors and different sorts of ads, all customizable.
it has a mobile version.

cons:
the themes aren't bad, but they could look a little bit better
the thumbnail cropper stops when it can't read a video - you have to manually delete the video and get the cropper starting again -> extremely annoying

It's not bad. Recently I have a problem adding a new JS pop to it's area. It disappears when I click on save. I'm not sure why ? Share here the solution if you've found the same problem before.

I tried it last year. I gave up because I could never get it to work right. I tried to contact customer service but I never got a reply. I decided to try it again last week. Going to get on it next week to see if anything has improved. I'll post what happens.
