Hi, anyone can share their own review of Namecheap's EasyWP managed hosting? Looking for something with a bit of speed. Cannot go with cloud hosting as of now.

Thanks.

Don't know about EasyWP but for WordPress i find VHosting to be very good. They use LiteSpeed web server which paired with LiteSpeed Cache plugin is very speedy in my experience.

I've been using Namecheap's EasyWP for 5 months now... I've also been using Bluehost and Siteground for a few other sites -- so I can compare a bit...

I have not experienced 1 instance of downtime with Namecheap. Whereas Bluehost I've already experienced downtime and a few errors -- with Siteground everything's been perfect, but renewal prices for them suck so I've decided to stick with Namecheap. For the price and the lack of problems, Namecheap is good IMO.

I've even managed to get A+ scores on gtmetrix etc with namecheap.

The downsides of Namecheap... support is kinda slow, and if you're not too tech savvy it sucks having to wait around a day to hear back from them. Other than that, it's worth it.

Namecheap support is not slow. They are instant. They have live chat 24/7. I have tons of domains with them.

Can you check if the provided server IP is clean and not blacklisted from the previous user?

NC always at all time have good services be it domain, host or whatever they do.

I use Namecheap, the service is good and they have a great customer support.

I beg to differ. I just had a weird issue with their hosting that they were not able to resolve. They offered me a refund. Now I am back to square one looking for provider.

Yes Easywp is really easy and simple to use and without be a huge hungry server hog, it runs your site fast. You will be amazed of the pagespeed you get 700-900ms like a vps.

But not has automatic backups.
I can't believe that their highest plan can handle 500k visitors a month without getting down? Come on...it has 2 CPU+ 2 GB RAM this server ressource will never be able to handle 500k visitors, maybe 50k.
