EasyAzon - not working ?

I have tried to get this working multiple times.. but it just doesnt work.. I have signed up for Product APiu and have added my AWS code. I also created a ticket.. I am planning on filing a dispute/ask for a refund if this does not work..

Has anyone else faced frustration with EasyAzon..
