Hey all, so I am browsing some affiliate sites but am wondering if there is an easy way to identify how to sign up for them.

For example, some affiliate links are real easy to spot like those by maxbounty. Problem comes when it is website.com/ref=1234, then I am not sure which company to contact (eg. peerfly or clickbank or whatever) to get into the program.

Any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

Most of them have dedicated affiliate sections. So try googling for
affiliate site:websitedomain.com

If they happen to have an affiliate area.. it will come up in the result.

Thanks but what if I go to their website and there is no affiliate area? that just means I have to go the slow way to contact them and wait for a reply?

I think most affilate programs require you to display this info on the website for legal reasons. At least that's the case with Amazon Affiliate Program

Yup. There's no way around that i guess.

Amazon affiliate disclaimer is a different thing. Op is talking about affiliate programs offered by the sites themselves. I don't think they are legally bound to put a disclaimer for that... But putting the affiliate section will ultimately help them getting more sales.

Yes you are correct. That is what I am asking about.

you're thinking correctly and love it better than moaning about amazon go direct.

i am sure that you can get the top selling items from Amazon and with internet research get the direct affiliate program for the item.

cutting out Amazon after there dirty trick is on point well done .....

think outside the box what it all about earning money.(( 10/10,))

Thank you Sir!

Amazon, DTM Partners, ClickBank, Chaturbate are some good sized ones.

Other than that, googling the company with products that fits your niche is a pretty good way to find out quickly if they do affiliate.

Actually redirectdetective didn't work for me for all redirections you can find IMarketers use.

Better try: Link Redirect Trace (its firefox browser addon)

Thanks can you explain how to use it? I downloaded it, then I go to a website, how do I get it to show where links on that page lead to?

Clik on any link, click on addon and you will see all reddirections (if there is any) between your click and destination page.

Yeap but that requires me to click on the link. Is there an addon that allows me to hover over the link to see where it leads?

The pages I am looking at have 10+ external links so I don't wish to click them one by one.

Thanks.
