Does anyone have some suggestions for web2.0 bots that are pretty simple .. not senuke or gsa..Just a bot simply for web2.0?

Most of them seem to be all in ones these days. Incansoft used to have a web2.0bot but it is long gone.

There's Ultimate Demon as well but it's also an all-in-one

Would I be right in thinking zennoposter would do this job? Anybody have any experience using it for 2.0's? I've been thinking along the lines of some churn and burn sites and got to thinking this might be the key for me. Anybody any thoughts on this?
