Not a method or anything but a simple way to generate images.
The first site is dezgo.com
Click on text to image xl. From the drop down menu select T-shirt maker.
Great for T-shirts or mugs. Mix with Canva for some text and you can quickly generate a great little design. You really only need simple prompts with this. Like Sloth drinking coffee. I didn’t but you can also choose transparent background.
The second one is interesting and getting better but not perfect yet. This is if you are looking for text based designs. Select the typography setting. Input the phrase you want and it will generate 4 variations for you to look at. It’s not perfect but have a play.

If you want to start with zero funds use Gelato or Redbubble.
