Sounds like you have one of the cheapest rates.
I'm off to buy a $300 cube van and put graffiti on the side, and put peoples garbage in the back, drive around and have it fly all over peoples cars. I'll leave the number on the bumper.
Also adjusting the windshield washer fluid so it sprays on the car behind me. A broken tail light or two wouldn't hurt either. 50 KM/H on the freeway, here we come!
Best method ever.
