What happens if i use autoblog on a premium domain? i mean domain that has over 10 million searches monthly, can i get a penalty with autoblogging once it stands out too much?

with wpzon you have to login and add posts to queue and then they will end in time so its not automated so much...
is there a better way? like based on some rss feed or something?
