There can be saturation though I still have a feeling with just a bit of effort someone can gain at least $30/day from this method. Doesnt even have to be craigslist.
For example a twist can be like mentioned earlier in this thread, changing the audience from job seekers to those interested in real estate buying
edit: Possibly go for obvious incentivized offers and nothing too big and seems like advertisers/CPA will be okay w/ the leads

I wouldn't push more than $30 dollars a day on this type of offer, it's asking for a ban, traffic won't convert at all, especially when they call these leads up and all of them say the word craigslist, expect an instant ban.

This is brilliant! Ha, I'm unemployed myself and this doesn't offend or upset me - on the contrary I think it's quite funny. Anyone who's unemployed will agree with me when I say you will do almost anything to make money and why shouldn't you it's a dog-eat-dog world out there that we live in. Also I must say that anyone who falls fowl to this will if anything learn a valuable lesson, which is: if it's too good to be true it probably is!

Why not use 30% of earnings to get real targeted traffic to your offer? If you make $40 a day spending $10-$15 you should get conversions.

I don't understand why people prey on other little people.
Yes the OP says he's not doing paid offers, fair enough. But clearly some people have, like setting up fake credit or criminal check sites.
This shit's really dirty. And saying things like "we're blackhat, dog eat dog" is crazy.
Being blackhat is about abusing systems to gain leverage, because big companies like Google, and Facebook want to control everything and tell us how to do business. Being blackhat is about using skill to overcome unfairness. We spam youtube because they want our content so they can make money out of it, but won't even give us do follow links.
Some people c stuff because we know these companies are always trying to screw us of commissions anyway.
Preying on vulnerable people isn't "blackhat", it's being a scummy weasle like stealing a woman's purse after offering her help with the baby buggy down a set of stairs (I've seen this done).
Here's a "blackhat" method. Break into a house, beat the shit out of everyone who lives there, and steal all their stuff. Dog eat dog, right?
