I too have wondered if one is going to make these videos, wouldn't the people watching be sort of uninterested if you don't actually physically have the product with you on the camera?
Do they trust you more if you use your real voice or can you get away with using a computer generated voice? And if you do use your real voice, must you show your face on camera?

hey OP thanks for sharing this method, i will make 10 videos tomorrow promoting a product and see what happens. Also, what if the keyword has no video results? does that mean that I will automatically make first page of the SERPS if i optimize a video for that keyword?

Hi guys,
I tested the method. Only did 1 video and 2 months later, its pulling 100-200$ per month.
This works, period.
The longest part of the method is to do keyword research, which take me between 30 and 60 minutes of my time. After that, I outsourced the rest with a little twist of my own.
Now my plan is to scale this up. As OP said, its a number game. The more video you have, the more money you'll get.
Stop being lazy and work a little. This thread is a gem. Yukinari gives a solid method.

Edit : Forgot to say that I will try the same method, but instead of linking directly to the affiliate offer, i'll link it to a squeeze page. I'll give a freebie in exchange of their emails, build the list and BAM : sending aff links thru emails. If anyone ever tried this, it would be nice to know how it went.

I have tried this with amazon affiliate. I had 20 video on one account and the videos were linking to a landing page and from there to amazon. Videos were not ranking very high but I still managed to sell a few items. For some of the videos, my competition ranked higher with no links. There were newer videos, crappy ones created with animoto, that were ranking higher then mine, thus choosing your tags seems to be the most important factor in ranking youtube videos. Nevertheless, google closed my video account...I don't know why because I did not have any amazon links on them. Yuki do you have any suggestions on how to prevent bans ?
EDIT: it seems that one of my videos was flagged. Guys please be careful and try not to have a lot of video on one account. Remember: don't keep all your eggs in the same basket.
The method definitely works but you have to work for it. Back to creating new accounts.
