I know this is an old thread but I'm going to try and see if this method still works or not..
 
as mentioned above, this doesnt work anymore, but you can get a twillio number ( or similar ) and use it for the second ten ...account A use your number , account B use twillio number and get ten more ...account C use another twillio number, etc.
this does link all of them , even tho you are using different numbers since the gmail accounts are linked.
better to buy them, I think .
 
I've been looking for as solution for this for a day or two since all the text services seem to be blocked nowadays. I wouldn't like my accounts being linked up to my original mobile however as this method described.

For me I just wanted to build a new Youtube channel for a new niche I am exploring. Might I ask a newbie question of why people need so many Youtube accounts?
 
Anyone know how to do this in 2017? Gvoice, burner, etc don't work for phone verification on gmail or just about any major website these days. Is there a cheap/free way to get temporary phone numbers that will work for phone verification?
 
Maybe Primo, I am using it for other purpose but never tried for those verifications.
Also if you want a permanent number it would cost not more than 3$ per year as far as i remember.
