Just giving an update, purchased about a 1.5 weeks ago. Sites and keywords were nice and on point. Articles seem to be on niche keyword and well written good articlies. Sites been up for rougly 3 days now and waiting on getting ranked. Have added adsense ads and looking to get more input as was to do next. im on skype as clasick13 for any help with my sites as well.
Contact was decent thru email, prefer skype

Quick Review (i Should have posted this quite earlier) Anyways, better late than never
Keywords : 10/10 One of The Keywords he selected for me has CPC of around $6
Monthly Searches : 1500+ as Promised.
Articles : 4x Per Site (Its beyond me how he manged to get those with such price.)
TAT : Delayed the Delivery, but then again i wasn't in a hurry. So thats fine with me.
Theme + Plugin : Pretty Decent.
Pages : Contact Us and Privacy Policy
Overall its such a worth purchase. I would definitely buy from him again. The only thing i need to do on these sites is Offsite SEO, i am already working on it, will update if i am able to rank them well.

I got the 1+1 deal with some good keywords, I wouldn't say the competition is low but I chose them for my long-term strategy around it.

There were some hiccups earlier with the order TAT but it was my mistake as well due to my hosting company messed up real bad and I was waiting for them to refund the money for at least 10 days. But I am happy the seller was kind enough to wait for me to give him access to things he needs to set up the websites. At this cheap price, I think it is worth it -
1- Articles - I got 4 articles posted on each of the websites around 400-600 words, they are readable but make little to no sense but it was already described in the service that they will be spun and Copyscape which is alright. A bit of change to the articles made them better and niche-specific.
2- Site Design - I wouldn't say the website was designed in such a way that it looks good, but it was alright with a free theme with not many fancy widgets that were easy to adjust. The seller was smart enough to implement plugins and get them sorted with contact and privacy policy pages including wordfence and Yoast plugins.
To sum it up, it is a really cheap service and for the right people it is a bang for the buck, choose your own niche-specific keywords and the seller is happy to send a couple at any time. I would tell the seller to block the search engine robots before the project is even delivered, so you can make the necessary changes to the permalinks, site design, articles, and stuff your way. My site was indexed even before it was delivered to me which is a plus but the meta was messed up and had to make adjustments my way to sort things out.
I will keep updating these sites with high-quality manually written content targeting longtail keywords before submitting it to AdSense and building links on them.

There are wrong search of keywords for the 2nd site which led the TAT to be long. The seller gives time such as 24 hrs or 72 hrs to fix problems but the time given was never followed. It usually takes days or even week to receive an update. There are also problems on the 2nd site but the seller allows revisions which is nice but it took a lot of time to be fixed.
As for backlinks, 40% of them no longer work or the site is down. other 60% is useless. I think that are not backlinks at all, I can't say the full details. It's also delivered very late.
If you want a site ready made for you with some articles, this is for you. The seller took to long to finish. If you want a progress you need to follow up the seller, he responds quick. I let him do the initiatives for his given time but that never happens so I had to follow up everytime to see progress.
