This method works good.
What u need:
-Content Blocker (BHCB or other)
-CPA Company
-Paid for Domain and Hosting (optional)
Heres how it works
lead users to fake promotions of "upcoming businesses"
Create a made up biz name that specializes in a certain product. It's just a company that you're going to conjure out of thin air. For example, perhaps you create a company named "Flea Busters" that sells products involved with killing fleas.
Now, you must design a simple landing page for your made up company - there are many threads on this. Make sure you add "Free Promotion" in the header. Also, add a few pictures of the "product" your company sells on the page. Now either pay for a domain or sign-up for a free domain and upload your landing page. Throw on a codebreaker (BHCB or other) and add something along the lines of
"Due to people using automated bots to fill out our free promotion offers we have added a content lock to this website. In order to access the website and promotions please fill out and offer below

Now you can choose to put a fake info form and submit button on the website or not the choice is up to you. Another option is to put something along the lines of "Error User Address Invalid" or some other bogus message underneath the codebreaker. If your real html savvy you can even collect the email addresses of the people who submit for the promotion for leads.
