Heres a method I came up with last school year to generate traffic and provide incentive to complete CPA offers. I actually had some success with it too so hope it helps.
So the method is getting other students at your school to complete CPA offers. And also your going to rank for some longtail keywords. This worked best for me because I combined it with offline marketing, basically put fliers up around your school, and even just word of mouth.
So heres like a basic overview of what I did
First I started recording all the answer to homework and tests, this worked particularly well for my online classes because I could just copy and past the text!
Second, I started compiling all this stuff on a blog. Now the cool thing is people actually search a lot for the exact questions from homework assignments, which are generally the same because teachers (of the same subject) use the same texts. So thats what I mean when I say rank for longtail keywords.
Teachers have a series of lessons plans that they generally reuse semester after semester. So after you have the answers to tests and homework compiled together and organized in some way, you can say straight up, all the answers to Mr.Phil's World History class, tests + homework here... And of course has to complete a CPA offer to get it

You can put fliers around your school, not on campus, unless they are kind of discrete like, just saying, "need help with homework?" , instead of, "Get answers to the test here!!!" or something.
And also word of mouth, like oh your taking Mr.Jhons geometry class? oh well I have all the answers to the test and homework here, all you have to do is complete a survey. I told people too that I get paid from the surveys, and thats why I have them there, and they were like cool no problem.
So thats pretty much about it, and if you kept doing this, I think you would be surprised at how much traffic you would start getting because people from other schools, whos teachers use the same text, will also stumble across your answers!
This kind of lead me into another method too, that I'll post later
If I could give any advice for this method, and for others too, its that offline marketing will help you so much, and pretty much guarantee some results. Its not that hard to print out some fliers and tape them around town, and its alot cheaper than paying for ads on the web or something...
