Easy Competition?

I'm still new to Market Samurai, well.. pretty much new to SEO in general.

I found a keyword that may be worth going for. You guys think it would be easy pickins'?



btw... Micro Niche Finder gives me... exact match domain available, 18,000 global searches, 17,000 exact phrase count, 5 SOC, MOB of 0, and $4 adwords


Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

personally I think its good to go if those dashes means that those sites are below 1 year old domain age. but if your aiming for #1 go for .com with your keyword on the domain name or else youll need more time and effort.
