just putting a activation key javascript code either on background.jscript or popup.jscript... i try doing it but every time I do it, i mess the whole function up and stops working

I'm not sure if you are aware of this but people can very easily bypass things like activation keys in chrome extension because the code is plain javascript.

The only way that currently exists to partially mitigate this is obfuscating the code but that still only makes it slightly harder.

Another more advanced but alot harder is native client

I'm fully aware, that's all I ask is a simple javascript code. I've tried and I keep messing the function up, it's easy and fast money...
