Very simple, i lost almost 500 accounts to found this. It's working with BRAND NEW NON-VERIFIED accounts, so, that's not necessary use aged accounts or others steps to bypass limitations.
THE PROBLEM IS VERY SIMPLE: You need to force accounts to LOG OUT and LOG IN in a time interval. Then you will be able to send between 3 to 6 @mentions per hour (2013 maximum limitation) without getting your accounts suspended.
