I joined Easy Blog Network yesterday, pointed two websites at their nameservers from Namecheap, and set them up in the Easy Blog Network control panel.
One of the blogs was functioning almost immediately, but the other shows a cloud DNS page with this message
"This domain is registered for one of our customers.
If this is your domain name, please visit this page to see how to register it as DNS zone into your account.
Note: If you already have registered the DNS zone for your domain name, please wait for DNS propagation. Your web site will be displayed soon. It may take few minutes."
After 5 hours of this, I contacted support asking for them to look into it.
It has now been 24 hours and the DNS still hasn't propagated, and support haven't replied.
Is this type of thing normal with EBN?
