Im not sure if this has already been shared, and its fairly straight forward as far as I can tell.
1. If you have a wordpress site, you most likely already have a feed associated with it. goto: yoursite.com/rss or yoursite.com/feed
2. Set up a Squidoo or Weebly site (so far these are the only 2 I have found with this option but im sure there are lots more (please share below if you know of any))
3. When adding widgets to the pages look for feed reader or rss feed.
4. Add to your page and simply copy and past your feed url and set up the settings as to your liking.
5. Publish and boom, a load of back links to your inner pages.
