Social Media is indeed easy and fast way. SEO takes time and effort so definitely not 'easy', but you can say that nothing is easy at the end of the day. Everything takes effort.

make a lot of social media accounts, reddit, fb, twitter instagram , follow and like and interact as much as you can but not to get blocked, it will take a bit of time but then you ll get traffic to your sites ! learn how not to get banned. Do SEO and create new content on the side so you will have traffic in the long run
