There are programs that harvest email address, but they cost money. I've downloaded numerous trial versions, but none seem to be able to search the site efficiently. I tested this method for a week and made $3,500 without doing any work. I will tell you exactly what I did.
1. Went to http://www.postjobfree.com/ and saw that there is a resume section.
2. Hired outsources to spider through and get as many emails as possible.
3. Paid 1 penny per 10 emails
4. Collected all the emails in a list and sent out.
5. Used wtfpwnages method:

You definately need to blend in some legit traffic (or bought traffic) to get higher quality conversions. Try to make it look as normal as possible and then you shouldn't have any problems such as getting banned.

trueblood that link doesn't work for me, because it looks like part of the URL is obfuscated by bwh. could you re-link of perhaps obfuscate the link. after the "extravagangze-" in the URL it's a bunch of ****'s.
