So, we need to find channels with big numbers and fresh community posting, right? cause only a few fractions of YouTubers do community posting and it might be hard finding someone as active as sssniperwolf. Did i miss something or is there any trick to it?

I get exactly what you’re trying to describe with this method but this is not how you post on this forum.
I’m assuming you’re trying to describe:
Somehow create a YouTube account with almost the exact same name as a big YouTuber so users think that it is them and upload a video with a CPA giveaway so users think it the actual YouTube account and they click on it therefore you earn money by every person that completes the CPA offer.
You “described” a very basic method of black hat marketing, but this forum is about sharing methods and improving your online marketing.
If you’re going to share, next time describe exactly what you did in text and then you may receive some positive feedback based on a good contribution.

Make Youtube channel same name with famous Youtuber, then go to their community and post comment (see his as the example), you can link to anything not just cpa. Brilliant idea. Twist it and earn money.

Not bad method, a bit risky because you soon or later you are going to be banned (but money was out of google tentacles)
Cons:
Only few big youtubers are active at their community tab
Pros:
Easy to do
No investment required
Improves:
Create some compilation/slideshow videos, enter into a channel and only find giveaway videos smell a lot to be a scam
Use better clickbaits
Use different titles and thumbnails for each video (duplicated content is not liked by youtube)
Cons:
