im sure those will cost you a bit more then 3$. i heard it was like 15$ for 1K which would make this like 6$

Twitter followers are $35 per 1k average, annd $3 for 450 is way too little, you should be paying at least $15.
 
go to fiverr.. you can get a decent deal there. Just have to give up your user/pass...
 
Make it $10/500 targeted followers and I'll take it. Targeted is way much better than just ordinary follows.
