Easy $100 A Day - Perfect For Noobs

This is a great concept, and very easy to do, but it leaves out the hard part. Choosing the niche. If we all knew had to do that we could be millionaires too.

Here's an interesting way to help you guys pass moderation a bit easier, and also give you 10x more forums to target so you'll never run out:

Visit Alexa category search:

http://www.alexa.com/topsites/category/Top

You'll want to spend 10-15 minutes exploring ALL the categories and taking notes of good ones where your demographic is likely to hang out.

Lets say you're doing a bodybuilding product you'll be selling mainly to men 18-32

The low hanging fruit is to hit bodybuilding forums.. it might work well, but adding a twist can make it easier and more effective.

Example.. men who want to build muscle would also be in general sports forums..

So go to sports forums (for people who play sports not watch), baseball, basketball, football etc

Make threads like "My coach says I'm good but I need to get bigger and stronger"

Then create a new account, get your post count up, and answer the thread with a solution.

Men who want to build muscle would also be in gaming forums, car modding forums, college forums, etc

You'll never run out of targets this way.

Also,,, think of the typical spam that mods would see in a bodybuilding forum - a clickbank bodybuilding program or maybe a weight loss site with a VSL etc

When you bring that same clickbank bodybuilding program to a different kind of forum they haven't seen that kind of spam so the mods haven't built up an overly-defensive reaction to it yet.

A basketball form would get spam for vertical jump programs, increase your basketball skills etc, they probably almost never see bodybuilding programs but yet a lot of players would love to get more muscular.

I had quite a bit of trouble finding that method of branching out to get new targets. Originally I was trying to do keyword searches to find the "lateral niches" (no idea what they're actually called but I mean - similar demographic, yet completely different niches).

With the offer I'm promoting now, I have about 15 very good "lateral niches" I've identified, all which have sub niches I can target as well.

From my example above, Build muscle program (bodybuilding is your niche) -> Basketball forums (lateral niche) -> Long tail basketball forums (lateral sub-niches)

UK basketball player forums
Canada basketball player forums
USA basketball player forums
Alabama basketball player forums
Alaska basketball player forums
Arizona basketball player forums
Arkansas basketball player forums
California basketball player forums
etc etc etc

Can get general big forums, then smaller ones for every state, every country you want to target. Then move to Football, Baseball, etc

You'll never run out of targets.

Most people would never target this with a bodybuilding program: insidehoops (dot) com/forum/

It's a massive forum with the demographic you're targeting, so much untapped potential :D

I've spent 2 weeks picking a niche, trying to think outside the box. I finally decided on something I was comfortable with that I believe wasn't too obvious. I found only 3 decent looking products on clickbank and emailed the authors for review copies and you know what - None of them have bothered to reply.
I believe what this thread says so I see that as a sign that these sellers are not to be dealt with because they clearly don't take their products seriously.

So I guess its back to the drawing board and I'll have to find another niche to get in to.

This has got to be the most frustrating part this. I'm dying to get started but can't because having trouble with the niche. Argh!

Maybe I'm overthinking things but there seems like there's alot of tat on clickbank. I want to promote something at least a little bit useful to people.

Just had to have that little rant. Back to the drawing board, I'll be back soon, hopefully with more positive news.

I think I came up with something decent (still untested though)..

Pick the most popular high traffic forums you want to get visitors from..

Next, use SEMRUSH (paid account), it will show you a full report of which keywords the forums are ranking for..

It also shows you the volume of traffic and CPC going to those keywords..

Sort by highest volume keywords, and search for each keyword in Google and click on the forum thread.

Now you can make a very high quality post and drop your link. If there's a low post count in that thread it's very likely you will get re-occurring traffic from it.

TIP: If the post is super old make a new forum account with a proxy (I do it through a virtual box), make a few posts, then bump the old thread.. since the junk account necro'd the thread, it's now open for you to post on without taking heat on your good account.

SEMRush is damn expensive but there's a 30-day free trial here: http://monetizepros.com/deal/semrush-coupon/

Most sites only have a 14-day one, this coupon should be good enough to make you plenty of money to pay for the tool.

Meathead, I guess this haven't discussed yet... Do we need to fake referrer our traffic to prevent clickbank vendor stealing our method? I mean, is it possible for them to know our source of traffic?

Have you made money with this method yet?

If not, don't you think you're putting the cart before the horse?

Hmmm, thinking about it......you're thinking of doing something shady, aint ya?

I have banned 3 affiliates so far this month who were spamming people with text messages they scraped from mobile #tel numbers on FB with direct links to clones of my CB product page - were you one of them? :D

No sir, I'm not one of them :)

Hi Meathead, I just wanted to thank you for sharing your golden method!

This is the first time i really will make an effort to make it in the English speaking markets.

I have some results in the Netherlands in building websites for other people or small businesses and doing affiliate marketing with information products and physical goods, but I feel for this method I have to go all out and come out of my comfort zone a bit and do it in English.

Your method triggered this and I believe in it strongly.

I want to thank the people also who made some great comments on here with tips and twists. It's all about adding value right :)

Tonight I decided on my niche and claimed the domain. Now I need to sleep, because tomorrow at 5 am i have to get myself to my 6-10 job again and after that i will start on the reviews.

Some google alerts are in place, but if that doesn't work out the way I want I've seen some great alternatives which I will be using all together anyway.

You will here from me later when I made my 1st international sale :D

Cheers!

@meathead1234 looking forward for 2016 update guys :)
Thanks for helping the BHW community.

Regards

A warning for anyone starting with this method!

Make sure you have A LOT of content on your website before you register with amazon. They will close your account as soon as you start earning if they think you have too little content.

I started a month ago and started making around $40/day a few days ago which caused them to close my account as soon as the money rolled in.

I do not get it, if you make money for amazon, they will get you banned if you dont have quality website?

Yes.

Here is a copy of the email they sent me:

Hello,

Thank you for applying for the Associate program.
Upon review, we are unable to accept your application. A part of our
criteria is that your site has to be established with enough unique
content. We rejected your application due to one or more of the
following reasons.

- Lack of content which is original to your site and beneficial to your visitors
- Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed

Unfortunately,
we arent able to review an application once its been rejected. If your
website has been further developed and now contains appropriate content,
youre welcome to submit another application by using the following URL:

(I'm not allowed to post URLs)

Thank you for your interest in Amazon Associates.

You can always apply again when you have enough content but any money you earned before getting banned will be lost which means I just lost around $300 :(

I had around 35 unique reviews when the application was denied.

OK.

You people who are STILL trying to promote Amazon, you need a mathematics lesson.

FFS, do the math(ematics).

I did, I discounted Amazon years ago (read the thread). I recently did it again, all excited because I thought it would be worth my time and effort with a new idea, again the Maths proved me wrong.

Promote CB. Meathead told you to do that 5 years ago, nothing has changed. If it had have changed, he would have updated this thread and said so. He's smart, be like Meathead. (Insert Bill Meme Here)

Fools.
