From The UK Myself but Amazon only pay 10% (I think) Per sale. Clickbank IMO would be far more profitable for this type of method.
 
I have a new idea for those not wishing to invest so much.

Meathead - Would it be possible to use Articlebase to create a Product review, then...Point them to the article with your Aff link included within the article. This way, you can do multiple niches at anyone time without investing a Dime...Without coming across as a Spammer. Provided you come across legit and trustworthy.

And yes - Articlebase still allows Aff Links! :)

This one is an old method which surely works if you do it right.
But I don't see which big investments do you have to make with this method. You just need hosting and a domain. The most people around here already have a hosting account and even if you haven't it will cost you not even 10 bucks a month!

Sure! I was just offering an alternative method should people not want to invest. It's pretty much the same. The difference being using an article instead of a review site. Similar to some thread on here using CB and Articles generating $400. Only this way you get targetted traffic quick, using as many niches as you like.
 
To all the noobs out there. I have been using this method meathead outlined here for the better part of a year now and i can tell you that my conversion rate for this is about 1:11 to 1:16.

bottom line is this method works. stop reading the forum and go make some money!!!

This is a really good idea, thanks OP! I already tried it out yesterday and with 1 comment it drove 4 hits to my site who all clicked through. Definitely great for newbies and also not a bad idea if you can find a native English speaker who you could outsource this to.
 
This has not been working for me! I've been doing this method for 2 weeks straight now...manually posting on 20 alerts M-F and I haven't got any sales yet. Now don't get me wrong...it does give you traffic...but It's not working for clickbank. Help! Here's my website: btw....i've been sandboxed lol ballerinadiet . org

I would say guys if you want your links to stick on forums etc, its important to make your sites as professional as possible. (slick theme, branded banner etc) If the mods think its a genuine review site, your post has got a great chance of sticking.

I have to disagree about the professional look. I've made the best experiences with none professional looking sites. I actually try to make it look as much unprofessional as i can, which is kinda tough :D
It may depend in what niche you're, but most people value reviews from the average joe much higher. They want to read an unbiased review and they're smart enough to know that this isn't something they will get from a company which earns money from that product.

And for those of you which have problems with forum links:
Don't make it too obvious. Create an account and don't add your url immediately. Write some helpful postings first. Write one today, leave a day out, write another 2, and so on. Be patient! That's the key. You want people to believe you're just another random user, so act like one.
Do this in as much forums as possible.
Then, after you made a few helpful postings and some time has went by, now it's time to make some money :)
Insert the url into your forum signature and answer some questions. You don't need to say check my url, people will click it anyway. Remember: Don't make it too obvious. If you do, it will alert forum mods. Most mods will accept a signature, but they don't accept spam or someone who's trying to sell something desperately.
Think about the long time effect that is going to have. Even after a year people will find your postings with your signature and might click it. So believe me, the extra work pays out in the end.

-Congested layout of posts for a review type site. No flow that herds the cattle to the offers.
-The "reviews" do not motivate anyone to do anything and really don't seem like reviews at all.
-Comments on the posts look like scrapebox spam
-"Who am I" section doesn't seem realistic

Those are just a few things I saw right away on your site.

You should take a look around at other review sites to see how people have laid it out. There is also a link in this thread to a wp review theme in the downloads section.

As for your niche, Weight loss is very competitive and can be quite difficult to convince people to buy informational products about. I would suggest looking for a different niche where it is easier to help someone out. Something like passing drug tests. Lets compare these two.

Possible Weight loss question: Hey there, I am fat and lazy. I want to lose weight but I don't like to sweat.
Possible Answer: Well I Was fat and lazy too but then I got on the ballerina diet and now I look like a 13yr old girl, trust me, our body types are probably nothing alike and i have no idea how much weight you want to lose but what worked for me will work for you! <link>

Possible Drug Test question: I smoke weed every day and just found out that my job will be conducting drug tests next week, am I screwed?.
Possible Answer: I smoke every day too and just passed a drug test for a job by flushing my system with the instructions i found here <link>, worked for me, don't see why it wouldn't work for you.

The difference here is that it is much harder to convince someone that a weight loss guide will work for them just because it worked for you, there are a ton of variables to be considered with weight loss.

On the other hand, drugs testing is fairly straight forward, you pass or fail depending if drugs are found in your system. The methods of cheating a drug test are the same from person to person.

Another aspect to take into consideration is the urgency in these niches. Sure, people who want to lose weight want to lose it as fast as possible, however they are more likely to procrastinate before spending money on it. Now look at drug tests, when someone gets a drug test they cannot change the date of it. It is very urgent that they get the information on how to pass it NOW; not next week.

I can only assume that if your grammar on the site is bad and the site itself is not helpful then the posts you are making on other forums are not helpful either. This is probably the main reason this method does not work for you.

You need to remember that you are really just doing basic sales. Find customers, gain trust, put a product in front of them. For this to work you need to have a good sales pitch that will gain the trust of the customers.

When you post something on a forum you have to actually try to help the people who posted the question. It is not just about getting your link in there, you have to convince the people that the site will help them AND not sound like you are selling anything.

This is why it is suggested to use a review style site; people love reviews because they feel they were written by the average person in an effort to help other average people.

Omg best reply ever!!!! Thank you so much. This was really supposed to be a Sniper Site, but using Gsniper2 my website was Sandboxed because it's referred to as a "sneaky site" or subliminal content to get redirects. So right now I'm focusing mainly on SEO so I just added some unique content to it to get out of the sandbox. I was wondering if I can add a review page to my website with its own section, maybe that will help? I can't find any spelling errors though..figures. Thank you for the Q&A type ads and tips on the weight loss niche. Rep given and thanks.
 
Just made a click bank account...their user terms say: "Also, affiliates cannot pose as neutral third parties evaluating two products so they make a commission on selling one of them."

Is that problematic or am I missing something? I am new to this but willing to get things a crack, so please help me out.
 
It seems good, seems like it would work. The problem is finding the right niche.
