No-one is going to share a profitable site with you.

I made that mistake before and within a few weeks I had a bunch of new competitors stealing all my traffic. Cost me about $5k/mo in lost revenue.

I made nothing the first two days and then from day 3 my numbers started rolling in. Now I am making a good $50-60 a day with this method.

I am a n00b and i have already been doing some lite stuff before i stumbled upon BHW.

I will try your method, Meathead, and i will post the results here, but i want to change a few things:

• Your Step #5, the setting up Google Alerts, i am doing that as Step #1 in order to find a good niche before investing on a domain and hosting.
  
• I am really interested and passionate about a bunch of niche subjects, so i won't need to pick a subject i have no interest on and fake interest, for example; I will take your Weight Loss suggestion because i have already been trying a bunch of stuff to get fit.
  
• I hear that joining a CPA was hard, but i was doing some research around here trying to follow your instructions and i found StrongerAds, which accepted me when i put down that i was doing your method in the application. They already know who you are.

That's it! Use these on your original post if you'd like, specially the CPA one.

Oh, also one more suggestion for the n00bs; you can only put one product name per alert and if one of your product names has multiple words, you should put it in quotes, like this "Weight Loss", if you put simply Weight Loss you will get stuff with just Weight or Loss on it.

It does get you traffic but im not getting too much

Thomas I've looked around for different review theme and they all seem around the same price. How do you feel about the wpreviewengine? Is it worth the money for the license? I really don't care to much for how the other one's look!

Got some hosting, my first domain..

Right now I'm looking for a decent review WP theme.. I mean it's amazing the volume of **** there is out there (and most of it even costs money). Even most of the ones uploaded in the Download section I find barely presentable. I saw some of the sites of some (mostly newbie) BHWers and I mean no offencе to anyone but they suckеd really hard.. I would definitely never buy anything from a site that does not look legit and I suppose neither would most people..

So right now I'm looking for a really good looking review theme and going to photoshop (or just steal me some decent .psd and edit) a logo and off we go.

There is another issue I came across in this thread, which was not addressed (or at least I missed it)

As a member pointed out on page 8:
Just made a click bank account...their user terms say: "Also, affiliates cannot pose as neutral third parties evaluating two products so they make a commission on selling one of them."

I suppose not only CB, but most all affiliate networks have a similar rule, as this is a strikingly predictable and highly unethical tactic. So my question to members who have already tried this method is - Did you get into trouble? How long have you run your sites?

*Edit: I apologize, I just now reached page 20 and saw this question being answered by meathead. Still if anyone has had the aforementioned problem on any affiliate network, your input would be appreciated.

Also, my idea is to just cоpy/paste well done reviews and keep my site from being indexed, or otherwise keeping the robots away as my traffic is not coming from the big G anyway and I don't care about ranking. Has anyone had problems with this?

just a question for the op, i have a couple squeeze pages that promote several cb products in targeted niche. is it a good idea to bypass the blogg/ review/domain part and just implement the google alert/forum answer thing and see similar results ? if it doesnt seem like it would be a good idea i would just do your method. please!! let me know. i enjoyed your ideas. mahalo!!!!

If I can add to this a little twist. You can even go a step further and grab a few video testimonials from fiverr and add them to your review site as well. I am going to give this method a try and but with that twist to see how it works. If you can try to make any forum account using your keyword as the user id. It may also help with ranking.
