Thanks for sharing meathead1234!
In the spirit of sharing some sweet, money-making secrets, I thought I'd add my 2 cents about a strategy I've just been killing it with!
You guys familiar with the pay-per-lead model? I have a successful client SEO biz, so that's where my skillset is but I was getting dead sick of dealing with clients and all the headaches they bring. There's so much hand-holding and instability...it makes money but it's far from passive.
PPL, on the other hand, is all YOU, no clients to answer to. If you're not familiar with the model, it goes a little something like this: You set up a new website in basically any profitable niche, kick some ass to get it ranked (you can do that more quickly if you use geo-modified search terms), and then when you start getting real, interested customers, you funnel them over to local companies who will pay you big bucks for those leads.
Once you get it rolling, you can apply the same model to multiple niches (verticals I call them) in multiple cities and really start pulling in the cash. And the best thing is, there's very little upkeep and BS on your end.
I was kind of surprised that more people aren't doing this & talking about it, so I started a group on Facebook that's become a support system and incubator for over 1700 PPL pioneers - it's a really supportive community, so a great place to get started if you want to start exploring PPL but have no idea where to begin. It's called Passive & Massive if you want to check it out.
Hope to see some of you guys over there!
