Hey, I just pmed you. SENuke is fairly simple to use. I can show you how to use it.

I can show you how to use SEnuke and MS to completely annihilate competition. but if you are a noob stick to the training videos

this is what has worked for me so far :

lets start with MS first. GO here and learn this :
Then all you have to do is always use unique articles. YES, ALL UNIQUE. If 10 spokes to a linkwheel then 10 UNIQUE ARTICLES.

Include 2 links back : 1 to your main page and 1 to the last url using last URL syntax.

Let it run

Day 1 : Social network nuke and ping NOTHING ELSE
Day 2 : RSS feed nuke
Day 3 : Social Bookmarking nuke
Day 4 : Update content if possible if not PING EM again
Day 5: RSS Feed Submit
Day 6: Socially bookmark again if you updated content

DO NOT DO IT IN 1 DAY. LEAVE 1 DAY GAP IN BETWEEN INCASE YOU USE A NEW DOMAIN NAME. I prefer aged domains for these automation softs

That about it. If competition is low then your pages will be kicking SE ass
