Here is a method, I have used in the past to make some start up cash. No investment required.
Caution: This method involves the niche of porn but can be used in other niches, so if you are anal about this kind of stuff. I wouldn't advise this method.
Content Creation
Find an extremely amatuer but hot porn video, make sure it's new. Just look at recent vids at free porn video sites.

Then grab the embed code from the video you selected (Most porn sites have an embed feature on all the vids)
Landing Page
For the LP, You can purchase a domain or just use a free blogger or wordpress site.
I find the simpler the site the better, No distractions like ads or side-bars will allow the site convert better. Make sure you embed the video within your site so they can watch it.
Now here is the twist, Your going to make a timed redirect.
Here's the code:
Replace the http://www.natural-environment.com with the website you want to redirect to, In our case this will be a content locker which states "To continue watching this EXCLUSIVE porn video, Complete one of the offers below" and replace the 1500 with the amount of seconds you want them to stay on the site before they are redirected. I put 60 seconds cause it gives them a good teaser of how hot the porn vid really is.
I'd recommend CLP cause of the wide selection of locker skins and ability to rotate your own offers. Let's face it your pretty much leaving cash on the table if you don't use it. But if you can't afford it at the current time, You can go with a free locker.
Traffic Generation
My main sources of traffic were youtube top commenting, adult chat sites and porn forums.
Youtube top commenting: Find a vid relating to your niche with a lot of views then comment something like "Hy guys, I jst released a smexy porn video with my BF, Go here to watch it [Landingpage.com]" Then just rate that up to top comment
by using accounts and proxies or buy 50 thumbs up from a provider.
Adult chat sites: Enter an adult chat site and post something like "Hey guys, I just made a porn vid, i would like some feedback. Here it is Landingpage.com" Spam multiple chat sites with a similar message.
Porn forums: Same as the adult chat site.
